Patch update 1.0.4 — Street Cleaner 3 Steam update #1418549

This patch contains minor fixes and changes. Game now works properly on Steam Deck. Add audio feedback for Honoko and Cogex weapon throw. Minor adjustment to Honoko's ground physics. Cutscenes now play at end of game regardless of mode and settings, so anyone who makes their New Game+ run on All Characters won't miss out on the new story. Fixed potential problem with disabling cutscenes before starting a new game. The red phone isn't ready to receive calls, but we'll let you know when it is!
