Implemented widescreen resolutions when in fullscreen mode. Fixed crash issue in Bandao and certain other levels when in fullscreen mode. Added additional details to tutorials. Display unit upkeep on their summary under territory management. Hide unit summary except on mouse over. Fix EXP bar on unit summaries. Improve readability in intro.
