High Score Table Glitch Fix — LOGistICAL 2 Steam update #1421925

Back in Apr 2019 a glitch caused issues in the High Score table for LOGistICAL 2: France. It has since been discovered that it also caused issues in LOGistICAL 2: USA - Nevada as well. The fault is that the high scores submitted for towns during these periods were treated as "businesses" and were given a "fixed" value for the score rather than being based on how you played. Recently this bug managed to sneak back into the code for a short period and has caused a few incorrect high scores in some of the LOGistICAL 2 modules. I rolled out game updates to patch this problem over the last few days, but now I need to flush the effected high scores from the table so you can resubmit new correct ones.
