Bug Fixes for Halloween Event — Remnants of Lumira Steam update #1428635

Since the first release of the demo on steam I have made some changes Added Halloween Event (for a certain period) Added Steam Achievements for the Halloween Event Had to restart the save system on a clean slate due to a bug where you can collect more gems than the limit when you rejoin a level. I hope to not do this again, even though this is a demo. (Please do understand though that in unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to do this to prevent save files from being corrupted or unanticipated. Or I don't understand how to keep the save data on multiple builds as of now. Your steam achievements will retain itself regardless.) I will refrain from doing this to the actual full release of the game, unless it is absolutely necessary.
