Fixed Most of the Remaining Bugs (I hope) — Foxes' Festival Steam update #145022

Fixed objects not staying disabled when moving between scenes. Hiding dad's reading glasses and the key in the bird's nest when the player receives the item Picking up something sweet from the Bakery will always complete the quest Pennant flags AND step ladder items are now required to hang the pennant flags (before you could hang them with JUST the pennant flags item) Player should now drop the watering can when leaving the farm area Removed the cupcake decorating dialogue from the Chef's dialogue. (this content was cut due to time constraints, just forgot to remove the text for it)
