Added Steam Cloud functionality + other fixes — excellent Steam update #1450955

Hello,Steam Cloud functionality was just added to the game, and with this comes a small update as well. While reading the documentation for implementing Steam Cloud, I realized that I have not designed my save system in a way that is ideal, because I am also saving the resolution options in one single save file. I believe I made a mistake with this design, and going forward I will have to think this implementation over. To make sure that in the cases where a player plays on two different systems with different monitor resolutions, and one resolution might not be supported on the other system, I have added a small check before applying the resolution when starting the game. I am sorry about this, and I hope that this won't become an issue where someone has to keep changing resolutions when playing between different systems.Thank you for your patience with implementing this important featu...
