Changes & Fixes:Item Handling: Picked up medicines and cardboard boxes now automatically rotate to face the player.Performance Optimization: Improved performance when placing a large number of cabinets. Grabbing or throwing a cabinet will no longer cause stuttering or frame drops.Customer AI: Fixed an issue where customers would get stuck if the game was paused while they were searching for medicines.Environment / UI: Fixed the positioning of the Open/Closed sign after expanding the pharmacy.
