- Double movement speed of all units (!!!) - Reduce labor required to rebuild keeps by more half - Reduce max soldiers to 900 - New quest: Raze an enemy (or NPC) keep - New quest: Rebuild a keep - New quest: Defeat an NPC army - New quest: make 50 archers - Give new player's siege to start. - Fix bug that gave players extra peons @spartin. Later fixups will undo the bonuses here. - Respawning players no longer get free units if they were zero'd
