Hotfix #203 — Car Dealer Simulator Steam update #146296

Hello Car Dealers! Patch notes: Hidden the notification displaying "0 Fame Points Added" when selling vehicles that were not modified by the player. Fixed personalized windows resetting inside buildings after reloading the game. Fixed scanner information regarding the color of vehicles modified in the tuning zone. Improved some of Vin's animations.
