Patch 1.3.1 is Public! — Darkout Steam update #1471457

Patch 1.3.1 has been Released! Yup you heard us, 1.3.1 is now public. Thanks to everyone who helped test beta version 1.3 we were able to not only test the content planned for release, but add some additional items as well as tweak more of the existing bugs that came out of the proverbial woodwork during testing.
