Hotfix build 20190810 is now live — RESEQUENCED Steam update #147260

This build addresses some new issues reported in the last 48 hours. I try not to update more than once a week, but a couple of people have reported a new issue in Dogan Outpost that's stopping them from progressing, so we need to fix that right away. Bug fixes Fixed a game-breaking bug where Ibrahim's mission sometimes wouldn't be triggered when Lux entered his shop. The collectibles for a postcard and a document were not being spawned in the Hart Residence. This was preventing the Hoarder achievement from being awarded. A section of the road and some of the buildings were not being rendered near the Fast Travel Station. I found an issue with the textures there and I'm pretty sure I've fixed this now.
