Added SETTINGS in the main menu for volume control and windowed/fullscreen mode. Adjusted some combat log output to improve readability. Fixed a bug where the player would sometimes not die when their health reached 0 (e.g., from the Will-o-Wisp's Drain Ability). Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented spells from being cast in combat.
