patch 1.4 — Skies above the Great War Steam update #1475557

Ported to the latest Godot version (4.3 stable) You can now access a map while piloting an airplane if you want to focus on just flying. Fixed the bug that caused pilots to lose their skill progression (usually after loading the game). This also caused many of the strange behaviors where planes couldn't take off because they simply didn't have the skill to do so. Fixed multible bugs where the map would always stay on the screen, even in action mode, requiring a restart of the game. Squadrons finally fly home reliably before they run out of fuel. Again numerous small things, bug fixes and improvements.
