Level Cut Patch — Winging It Steam update #14799

One last update to Winging It! Fix Steam Deck resolution-related bugs. Remove some of the game's levels to shorten the overall length. Fix bugs related to removing levels, and rebalance any related numbers. Small cinematic animation edits. Level lighting adjustments. Looking back at Winging It, there were a lot of levels that honestly felt like "filler", and the game seems to lend itself to a shorter experience. It's been cut down to 16 levels now. The old version can still be played if you switch to the "old_uncut_version" branch (Game Properties -> Betas -> select branch). Save files will be reset.
