Xbox Controller Support Now Available! — Operator Training：Heavy Equipment Steam update #1517988

This update officially adds Xbox Controller support.Once in the game, you can perform all in-game actions, navigate menus, and control functions using only the controller, without needing a keyboard or mouse for a more convenient and immersive experience. Note: Launching and exiting the game still requires a mouse and keyboard. We will continue to optimize full controller support in future updates.
