Hotfix #8 — CaesarIA Steam update #1520955

Hi. A quick patch to smooth some things: - Fixed an inccorrect civil disobedience algorythm; - Fixed start/exit procedures for Mac, now the game can be restarted correctly; - Fixed a glitch when a part of a dialog window would dissapear while moving; - Fixed a crash after loading import/export data in trading Advisor's window; - Fixed a rare glitch when a road could be built over a house; - Fixed a crash when a house changes its level while on land desirability layer; - Fixed a crash when you open a new trade route with a city which never traded before; - Fixed a crash when saving while having citizens with delayed orders; + Added textures for operating theater, baths and reservoir; + Add settings switches for tooltips, game difficulty level and legion attacks in city options window; + Improved ratings algorythm, added stats for rich/poor citizens and fixed Advisor tips; Ave Caesar!
