Mr. President Patch 1.0.4 — Mr. President Steam update #1532854

Thanks to everyone for playing Mr. President for the first week! We have a small patch today that addresses the following issues:* The 'Easier' difficulty settings have been completed, including the Auto-Victory case in the turn evaluation* The selection graphic for tokens is now consistently the more legible yellow pulsing box* The player can now select to stabilize a region that is already at 0 for a regional crisis, in order to gain other positive side effects* Similarly, Conflict Tracks with a value of 1 can be chosen for de-escalation * The 'Major Arms Sales to an Ally' Military Action was incorrectly disabled, it has been enabled* Cascading Events are now seeded at the correct time in the game setup* After being dismissed or resigning cabinet members will now be available to be selected again later in the game
