Bug fixes, QOL and Balance changes — Null Hørizøn Steam update #154662

Wow. I am absolutely blown away by the massive wave of new players who have joined the community recently. A huge welcome to all the new captains out there in the void!I also want to give a massive shoutout and thank you to Splattercat for checking out the game.
