Fixed a handful of code issues that could cause a variety of unexpected bugs during play. Fixed an issue where your corpse would spawn in the ground. Adjusted the hitbox on the Lichenthrope's inhale attack to be more forgiving HOWEVER, Lichenthrope's turn speed has increased slightly. ALSO decreased Lichenthrope's likelihood that he'll spam this move over and over. Enemies will now politely wait for a couple seconds after a loading screen occurs (such as when respawning from a cliff). Version number is always visible so we can better assess bug reports.
