Minor update — Digital TableTops VTT Steam update #1569741

Normally I don't do updates over the weekend as I wouldn't want to break anyone's game. But this one is pretty minor, so we should be okay. I improved how animated tiles are handled by creating better screenshots and adding a pause button. Tiles in general have a better interface. Should be pretty self-explanatory. You can toggle their visibility, delete them, move, and resize them. Same as before, it just works easier I think.
