Added new AI to manage clock better during quarter ending situations. Auto skip automatically occurs when CPU is controlling ball and trying to conserve clock. CPU play calling AI improved for situations when down big against opponent. CPU will now reassign an injured kick returner or punt returner to next fastest player (if any exist in same position) automatically on the field.
