WHAT'S NEW? MIND CONTROL: "This isn't the Vigilante you're looking for." While under the influence of 4K, mind control can take place with lower rank human enemies. Before, using Telekinesis on enemies from a distance threw them in the air or slammed them down into the ground. But now, on enemies Rank 2 and below, you can see their Faction change to 'Mind Controlled', forcing them to stop targeting you and start targeting every other enemy type in your favor. You can suddenly gain allies or meat-shields depending on the situation. But attempting to sway an enemy of higher rank to your side results in the normal telekinesis death, since their minds are less susceptible to conversion and they will die. Note: You need a vial of 4K to do this.
