Issues fixed: Fixed a number of critical issues that occurred in certain environments. Fixed the issue of city provisions not increasing when military provisions were decreased during the army re-adjustments. Fixed an issue that occurred during the initial display on the prestige screen. Fixed the issue where a unit that had Split could receive 250 days worth of provisions by mistake when resupplying in a city. Update: Added Simplified Chinese support.
