Patch 0.3.0-b4 (Beta-Branch) — Soulblaze Steam update #17007

That's right, I've finally added the Nuzlocke Mode! For those that don't know, it's a voluntary hard-mode for Pokémon, handled by the players themselves, where you're only allowed to capture the first Pokémon you encounter per region and have to release one when it faints. You can toggle the mode on the starter selection screen. The mode is very fresh so please help me test it!
