Dev Note - Week 3 of December 2025: Portrait Overhaul and Demo Update — Mistworld Steam update #170213

Hello, this is Project Mist. The overhaul of the portraits included in the current demo version has been completed, and the demo has been updated accordingly. Only minor text changes were made to the content itself; the primary update is the replacement of character portraits throughout the demo. In addition, portraits have been added for characters who previously did not have any. Examples of the portrait changes for each character are shown below.
