In-game badges (82 achievements) never unlocked on Steam before this build: the SDK was only wired for language sync and Steam Cloud; the achievement API was never called. This build wires every in-game badge to its Steam achievement, unlocks it the moment it is earned, and retroactively syncs previously earned badges on launch. No effect when Steam is not running.
