Hotfixes — Sit-Back Attack Steam update #175936

Hey everyone, Found a couple bugs that needed a priority fix concerning: - Tracked Quests - Poison Potions - Also a small glitch in the Arena having to do with the First Divisions level. Changes: - Some heals especially Quiglongs passive Heal was scaling off the Parties Attack and Sorcery. This was not intended. And as a player pointed out, in some cases the change I made (reverting it to using the parties Healing power) could be a nerf. Using the healing power is intended, HOWEVER, there may still need to be some fine tuning needed with this. I will keep an eye on it! - Serpents Kiss achievement should be fixed!
