0.4.2.315 - UI, Controller, and Settings Update — Luxmithar Steam update #1807162

Highlights Menus and popups were rebuilt with cleaner chrome, darker readable controls, smarter auto-sizing panels, and less visual clutter across Settings, update dialogs, and other overlays. Controller support across menus is more reliable: focus navigation was tightened, right-stick scrolling was restored, and Escape / Back now closes the current popup before opening Pause. Settings are more useful now, with larger active-display resolution lists and Graphics Quality presets that now adjust fog, weather, shadows, camera shake, and enemy load for better low-end performance. The Archive and other information screens were cleaned up with clearer layouts, cleaner selection states, and better readability for missions, logs, audio, and enemy intel.
