Fixed various mouse targeting related bugs. Tweaked "Autopilot delay" setting a bit. Updated the ingame lore book "Book of Deicide" with more endgame info. The book is now always generated in the starting area of the last dungeon level. Updated the endgame info in the PDF manual.
