Added additional keyboard support to the game. Most game button group menu's can now be navigated with the keyboard arrow keys. Most game button group menu's can now be actioned with the keyboard enter key. It's now possible to navigate game input screens (such as edit team data) using the keyboard arrow keys. You no longer need to activate the highlighted field with a controller button, just start typing. Colour picker's can be controlled with the keyboard however a controller is still easier to use.
