Patch Notes v1.3.0 — Lichgate: Tower Survivor Steam update #18841

This was part of a larger content patch I'm working on, but I decided to carve these changes off so that the time between patches isn't too long. As a sneak peek for next patch (not included in this one): there are 11 new relics and 12 new upgrades to look forward to, in addition to some more new weapons as well. New WeaponsThere are now basic tier weapons of every combination of damage type + attack type in the game now.
