We have a small hotfix! Stinger doesn't spawn when starting a new game (Thanks to Chieko) Tow delivery location of Gang-Jung Tuning shop is relocated to avoid the sidewalk. This applies to newly spawned tow request vehicles (Thanks to Izaak) And we have the hand-waving old guy NPC at starting point back.
