Added a "Launch Player Window" button next to the DM's ready checkbox - this will join the game you are in with the player client. Potentially fixed a rare rendering issue where some clients are unable to render the map, tokens, etc, and just show an empty background, and only drawing map on window-resize. Fixed a crash when switching campaigns
