Patch 7: WASDex, Fixes, and Balance — Fastest Hands In The WASD Steam update #201594

Content: Added the WASDex, a book accessible in Idle Mode that keeps track of enemies you've seen, as well as providing a bit of information on them. Added golden enemies. Enemies now have a 1/500 chance to be golden, changing their look and dropping gold upon death. Golden enemies you've seen are also tracked in the WASDex. Fixes: Fixed issue with tutorials overlapping when coming back from offline progression Fixed issue with Symbiotic Shooter not saving/loading.
