Made target buff text fade slower to allow for easier readability Moved the target behind the gun and building select menu Fixed issue where restart prompt wasn't properly closing Tweaked Jill Bill and Fox sprites Balance Changes Pistol: Hang Time: 7.5% >> 5% Subsonic Ammo: 30% >> 25% Mag Size: cost scaling increased Shotgun: 3rd Degree Burns: burn over 10 seconds >> burn over 15 seconds Knife: Vitals Multiplier: 7.5% >> 10%
