The achievement Modifier Encyclopaedia was breaking it's own data on loading a save resulting in all the trinkets needing to be found during a single session. This has now been saved and all the trinkets in your inventory do count towards getting the achievement. Unfortunately deleted trinkets don't count towards the total count so you'll need to recraft to find those missing upgrades! Happy looting!
