Fixed the 'right click on a carried weapon' bug. Right clicking on a carried weapon now has a working item menu. Fixed a workbench bug that caused a crash when swapping attachments. Fixed a workbench bug when attaching rotated attachements. Fixed an inventory bug that caused some players to lose items. Added code to help prevent respawning outside of the map or in the ground.
