Update 0.01.260a — Fading of Zarya 7 Steam update #205141

Update 0.01.260a Added Settings dialog to the Main Menu in which you can change level of graphics details, master volume and switch to system cursor. Optimized source code which responsible for generation of tiles at the locations. Also optimized dozens of small calculations. All this gives several performance increasing. Working on optimization is still in progress, so we'll try to improve performance with every update.
