When at 100%, a technical problem card is shuffled into the player's deck. • Added Meta-Collectibles for instrument techs to reduce the frequency of a broken bass string, guitar string, and drum head. • Added "Stabilize Equipment" consumable buff to reset progress toward a broken bass string, guitar string, and drum head.
