Changed gig buffs to be inventory-based, and are acquired the same way as other collectible items. Used inventory slots must be re-filled by acquiring new consumables between gigs. Starting inventory size is 3, but can be increased with the "A Friend in Need" collectible. Added some consumable gig buffs shops to Hell, since they are no longer offered to buy during gigs. Increased chance of finding "Blister in the Sun" and "A Friend in Need" collectibles. Reduced base entertainment value of "Unexpected Climax" from 50 to 10.
