Added proper restrictions on some items so you can't use them again while they are being used. (the hookshot for example, would just become a buggy mess if you used it again before it extended fully). Increased the drop rates from digging. Fixed the issue where arrows couldn't spawn in urns when you got the bow until after you reload the game or switched areas. Fixed some places where you could dig when you were not supposed to be able to.
