This development period significantly expands the Station Chief’s **COMMAND management system**, leadership tracking, and mission visual quality. Added an expanded **Station Chief Command Dashboard** with clearer morning operational briefings and current station priorities. Added **Shift Handover** management with readiness timelines, carry-over issues, resolution tracking, recurring risks, and follow-up between shifts. COMMAND can now track whether operational problems are **improving, persisting, worsening, resolved, or returning**.
