Province Optimization Regions - Hotfix Due to an unknown reason, the Province Optimization Regions were incorrect. This has been fixed in the update. The file: map/Earth3/data/ProvinceOptimizationRegions.txt Province Optimization Regions help reduce the number of calculations required when rendering all of the provinces.
