New Sailing Interface. Lines are shown on map to clickable sailing destinations and the really terrible old menu removed. Sail destinations should be clear now. Cut sail cost by 95% Cut rest cost by 50% Upped death penalty to 20% of gold. Fix level achievements not awarding on the right level. Make Fizzle spell enabled only when an attack is pending. Update draggable stacks after casting Summon to get another Free Cell. Reduced cast times on healing spells to zero. Increase double click threshold from 0.3 seconds to 0.5 seconds. Made all the attack glow colors black to make it even more clear and ominous.
