Hello there! We are releasing a small hotfix for the game. This hotfix is save compatible, but it will change the build number to 1.0.23.F. Bugfixes Fixed an issue where anyone playing the game with European style regional formatting (ie, 2,2 vs 2.2), when getting a treaty with decimal values will instead get a zero value treaty.
