Every upgrade has new building artwork, construction stages, larger classes, and new room options. More wrestlers, coaches, crews, and fans appear as your school grows. Give your school a name and rename it later from The Building page. Hire a scout and trainer from your actual staff. Staff members cannot be assigned to two scouting jobs at once. Send your scout across the United States or around the world. U.S. scouting is divided into Northeast, Southeast, South, Midwest, West, and Northwest regions. Scout reports build over time instead of immediately revealing everything about a wrestler. Rival promotions can sign someone if you wait too long.
