v1.3.020 — 2026-08-19 New New 25 FPS frame rate cap option. The global frame rate cap in Settings now offers a 25 FPS step alongside Match Refresh Rate, 60 FPS and 30 FPS, and it takes effect across every rendering mode (VRM, Live2D, Spine, MMD and Shimeji). Improvements The frame rate cap is now managed in one place. The Settings tab is the single source of truth for the frame rate cap — the VRM pet control panel no longer carries its own separate control, so the two settings can no longer disagree.
