Hey Landlords! We're back with a bigger patch this time. We've spent the last 24 hours browsing through your feedback and reports, and we've managed to address a few key issues. Gameplay: Reworked mouse input to be more consistent in renovation. Players should now be able to consistently place new furniture, floors and walls. Applying new floors and walls will now cost (or offer a reimbursement) the difference in price between the currently placed material & the one being placed right now. For instance: using a $40 paint over a $20 wallpaper will now only cost $20. Laying the $0 default concrete over a $60 carpet will reimburse you $60. Jobs: Tweaked Uncle Steve's tutorial job so that it always yields enough cash for installing electricity later on.
