Fixes for Meta Quest User Issues on PCVR — All On Board! Steam update #260901

This update addresses issues for Meta Quest users playing the game via Steam. We've identified a couple of issues that you might be experiencing: Stuck on the terms acceptance screen: You enter the game but can't get past the screen to accept the terms. Black screen with music: You open the game and see a black screen but can hear the music. These problems are related to SteamVR configuration. Regarding PSVR controller issues, we are still in the process of documenting them, but one affected user was able to resolve the problem by uninstalling OpenXR-Switcher (a GitHub download in this case).
