NEW: - Added a main menu before the initial cutscene starts; - New section in the pause menu for replaying cutscenes; - New tutorial for purchasing permanent upgrades, along with a small explanation as to what they do; - New game mode and icon for "Calm Mode" and "Frenetic Mode" to address people who are still learning the game. Now for the first 10 runs the player is locked on "Calm Mode" and after that they can choose between modes on the table menu.
